Iniquity

We seek to understand the iniquity spoken of by Yeshua. (anomia & adikia, not avon, or aven, or evel, or avah, or havvah, or resha) Most any churchman will tell you iniquity is sin. The churches will tell you that sin is iniquity and iniquity is sin. The truth is that there is a big difference between sin and iniquity.

I am to tell you that a big, right now, part of the mystery of iniquity is to have you believe that sin is the same thing as iniquity. Under the new covenant, sealed by the Blood of Yeshua, there is a very important difference.

We know that sin is the transgression of the law. Iniquity also involves a transgression of the law but it is more than that.

A good old dictionary, printed before 1950 will give you the truth almost every time. Iniquity is GROSS INJUSTICE.

Let me say it again -- Iniquity is GROSS INJUSTICE.

The most GROSS INJUSTICE is to say that Righteous Judge of all the Universe, is wrong in any judgment. That is precisely what we do whenever we excuse or cover our sin. Excusing one's sin is iniquity. When we cover our own sin or excuse our sin, or rationalize our sin, or fail to agree with God that our sin is sin, we turn that sin into iniquity. Adam's sin of eating the forbidden fruit turned to iniquity when he said in Gen 3:12 ...,"The woman whom Thou gavest to be with me, she gave me.."

Iniquity is when we excuse or cover or hide our own sin. Then it turns into iniquity. G-d, the Righteous Judge, says you transgressed the law, and you say anything other than to ask forgiveness through the Blood of Yeshua, it turns to iniquity. Only the power of the Blood of Yeshua covers the sin and EMPOWERS me, by that same power of the Blood of Yeshua to STOP DOING THAT SIN. If I hide sin, or fail to agree with G-d, or do not purpose to stop and turn away from the sin, then it turns into iniquity.

When we repent, we agree with G-d that we were wrong; and, we agree to turn away and stop that sin. When we repent, then through the power of the Blood of Yeshua, G-d will have mercy and cover that sin, and throw it in the sea of forgetfulness. God will give you power through the Blood of Yeshua to stop that sin. He will not bring it up to you again. God is a merciful God who forgives sin. The Blood of Yeshua will not only cover that sin; but, empower me not to transgress again.

You see the real Jesus, the Real Yeshua, came to save sinners. He cannot and will not save workers of iniquity. He will not forgive iniquity. In fact, iniquity cannot be forgiven. Iniquity is GROSS INJUSTICE which instead of saying Amen to the convicting voice of the Holy Spirit, says everybody sins every day. When enough iniquity is heaped up, iniquity becomes full, and one will no longer hear the convicting voice of the Holy Spirit. Iniquity gives any excuse or any covering of any sin other than pleading for mercy through the Blood of Yeshua.

Let me give you a very good reason why you need to understand the difference between sin and iniquity.

Mat 7:22-23 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Is it iniquity to say that everybody sins every day? Is that a work of iniquity? Could "Once saved always saved" be considered iniquity? In propagating such false doctrines does one become a worker of iniquity? Is the profession of la la land pre-trib rapture doctrines a work of iniquity? May be tough questions, but not nearly as tough as standing before the Righteous Judge and Creator of the Universe as a worker of iniquity!

There will be no workers of iniquity in the Kingdom of G-d. The Kingdom of God will be filled with sinners. The kingdom of G-d is filled with redeemed, forgiven sinners. The kingdom of G-d will not have workers of iniquity. A worker of iniquity is anyone who makes any excuse for sin. Any excuse for any sin, is iniquity. Any excuse for any sin, says the Righteous Judge of all the Universe is not righteous in His judgment.

God forgives sins. Only the True God can forgive sins. That is how you know the True God. That is what distinguishes the True God from all the false gods. Only the True God forgives sins. The false gods can counterfeit almost anything, but they can not forgive sins.

Anyone who will not admit or covers or hides his sin, turns that sin into iniquity. G-d does not forgive iniquity. When the Righteous judge convicts by His Holy Spirit, WE MUST AGREE and REPENT or we will NOT be in the Kingdom of God. How many in the Laodiceans church age even try to hear His voice?

The problem with iniquity is that in making the excuse for the sin we not only refuse to repent, but we call G-d an unjust or unrighteous Judge. We judge G-d when we excuse our sin and turn it into iniquity. For any sin to be forgiven you must admit it is sin. It is not a mistake. Everyone does not do it. Everyone does not sin every day. Are you redeemed if you sin every day? What are you redeemed from? If you are redeemed from sin you stop sinning.

Psa 38:1 A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance. O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

Psa 38:4 For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.

Even David was troubled by iniquity. The difference between David and many today, is that David was troubled by his iniquity. Then there is hope. Today, Satan and his luciferian new world order is trying to wear out the patience the saints. David also talks about being under a demonic attack from a plaguing spirit of discouragement! Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference between the convicting work of the Holy Spirit and a demonic attack of discouragement. The difference is hope. Seek diligently to see if you have covered, or made any excuse for any sin. Be like David the man after G-d's heart, who would DO all His will.

Psa 38:18 For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin.

At the same time once we have stopped making any excuse for any sin, and agreed with G-d that it is sin and asked that the sin be covered by the Blood of Yeshua, don't let Satan beat you up with any past and forgiven sin. It is a demonic discouraging spirit that would say that any sin that you have asked G-d to cover by the Blood and firmly purposed to stop, is not forgiven, not gone and not forgotten by God. The spirit behind any past confessed and stopped sin, comes straight from the bowels of hell. In these days when the luciferian new world order is trying to wear out the patience of the saints you need to understand that you will be attacked. You will be attacked by a demonic discouraging spirit. The answer is the Blood of Yeshua, and not making excuses for sin. Keeping the accounts short. Know the time will come when every dedicated believer is overwhelmed by this sudden and unexpected experience. The answer is the Blood of Yeshua!

No Christian brings it on himself unless he excuses his sin, nor does the Lord send it. Such an attack usually has nothing to do with any specific sin, unless an excuse has turned it to iniquity. The answer is always the Blood of Yeshua. Any sin that has been confessed and covered by the Blood of Yeshua will not be brought up by the Holy Spirit. G-d has put it in His sea of forgetfulness.

Iniquity, and the spirit of discouragement are Satan's most potent weapons against God's elect. Most often, he uses it to try to convince us we've brought God's wrath upon ourselves by not measuring up to his holy standards. But the apostle Paul urges us not fall prey to the devil's snare: "Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices" (2 Corinthians 2:11). Paul is saying, "You have to see your discouragement for what it really is!" It is a demonic weapon — an arrow that Satan shoots at you from his quiver to get you to doubt yourself. He knows he can't tempt you to turn away from Yeshua. So he swamps you with vicious lies to make you think you'll never be good enough to serve Christ. Do not ever let it become a question of how good we are. The answer is always the Power of the Blood of Yeshua. Satan has got you if he can get you to excuse a sin and he will try to make you feel good on your way to hell. If you have confessed it and stopped it, then Satan wants to get you so downcast that you'll want to throw in the towel! No way, that is when to praise G-d for the power of the blood of Yeshua. `

Psa 38:6 I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.

Psa 38:9 Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.

Psa 38:15 For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.

Psa 38:21 Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me.

Psa 38:22 Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.

Let me give you horse choking truth about iniquity. There is nothing more GROSS than the INJUSTICE or iniquity which would say that everybody sins every day.

Brokenness, troubles, disquietness, mourning, sickness — all of these things can bow our spirit low. We can feel empty, without direction, and like we have learned nothing over the years. We can feel like we have lost our vision and revelation of the L-rd. We can feel like we can't reach G-d like we used to! Have we hidden any sin from G-d? Do we have any unconfessed sin? That is the only question worth asking.

If we have not got any sin we have hidden, or not stopped, then we need to praise G-d for the Blood of Yeshua. I have become overwhelmed with discouragement. There are times I felt that I was a total failure for the L-rd. Unless there is hidden sin, INIQUITY, I will guarantee those feelings are from Satan. In either case that is when we need to go to the L-rd for the Power of the Blood of Yeshua! Otherwise we become a target for the powers of hell especially right after great spiritual victories.

Sometimes this heavy, demonic spirit can even get us coming to the L-rd too down and discouraged to even lift our hands up to Him. We can get so down you can't pray, too confused to speak. Then is the time to shout Blood of Yeshua! Blood of Yeshua! When being attacked or in any doubt -- Shout, Blood of Yeshua. The power of the Blood of Yeshua is so great that the only real enemy we have is ourselves if we fall into the greatest trap of the devil to fail to confess AND STOP any sin, thereby turning that sin into iniquity.

If G-d is going to use you for anything, understand that you will be attacked by demonic spirits of discouragement and often right after great spiritual victory. It is a given that you will experience demonic attacks of discouragement after spiritual victory. The Blood of Yeshua is your answer.

Never give space for iniquity or unbelief. The only 2 things that can bring us down is iniquity or unbelief. That is how we know when a church or minister has gone apostate. The most sure sign of apostasy will be an excuse for sin like everybody sins every day. Yeshua says, "Go and SIN NO MORE!" Cut sin no slack. If you are being taught such a perverse doctrine run from such a place or minister. The Real Yeshua, saves you from the law of sin and death and gives the Power of the HOLY Spirit to stop sinning. It is the Holy Spirit who not only convicts you of sin but KEEPS you from unbelief. The difference between belief and faith is the Holy Spirit. Faith is belief plus the Holy Spirit.

David Wilkerson says, "We can talk to God all we want about our feelings of failure. We can tell him about our despair over our sins and foolish mistakes. But we are never to entertain the thought that he has abandoned us. This is a serious accusation, and our L-rd doesn't take it lightly" That is why the only two things we need be concerned about is iniquity or unbelief.

Don't ever think you will get away with hiding or excusing a sin or thinking the L-rd has abandoned us. We see his immediate response to this kind of accusation in Numbers: "(Israel) journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red Sea…and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way. And the people spake against God, and against Moses,

Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread; and the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died" (Numbers 21:4-6).

When the Bible tells me my loving heavenly father sent fiery serpents upon his own people, and that they died from the snake bites, I can't ignore the very clear message: God will not allow such unbelief among his elect! After all that our precious Lord has done for us, the most hurtful accusation we can make against him is that he has neglected us. We are to beware of such unbelief, especially in our difficult times.

Don't allow iniquity or unbelief. Even at his lowest point, David wouldn't allow himself to wallow in unbelief. He cried, "For in thee, O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God" (Psalm 38:15).

When you endure an attack from a demonic spirit of discouragement, don't try to escape the attack through your own wits. You're no match for the demonic spirit you're up against. The Blood of Yeshua is the way. Blood of Yeshua! The battle is far beyond your human skill or physical power to wage. It will not be overcome by talking it out with friends, or by books, seminars or counselors. The conflict is in the spiritual realm, and it has to be fought in the spirit.

The example of David under this attack in Psalm 38 is fantastic. First he would not allow UNBELIEF and then he checked for INIQUITY.

Psa 38:15 For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.

Psa 38:18 For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin.

His questions were not doubts about G-d. David did not know about the Blood of Yeshua. If he did you can bet your last penny he would have been shouting Blood of Yeshua, Blood of Yeshua!

Still see how he would not allow UNBELIEF and checked for INIQUITY. (verses 1-2).

David experienced despair and depression because of his sin. He endured the L-rd's chastening when he numbered his fighting men, which was against G-d's law. He felt the pain of G-d's rod when he committed adultery with Bathsheba and arranged to have her husband murdered. His heart broke with dejection over the judgment he brought on his family because of these sins.

We can be discouraged because of our sins. That is good and we should endure the chastening of the L-rd. We should also understand that in these last days sin and disobedience can be deadly. We must stop sinning. We must not hide or excuse any sin and turn it into INIQUITY. Many believers today are discouraged because of their sins. Some are depressed because the Holy Spirit has wanted to bring them into victory, but they resist. They've chosen the way of the flesh, and bought the lie that everybody sins every day, and that always leads to pain and discouragement.

We must be repentant believers. The only true believer are repentant believers. The walk of repentance is the way of salvation. We must seek G-d with all our hearts. If we are attacked by the kind of discouragement that comes upon us suddenly, out of nowhere, for no apparent reason, don't be dumbfounded. Expect it. Guard against UNBELIEF and INIQUITY and stand on the Power of the Blood of Yeshua. When the attack comes, don't think it's unusual. G-d allows this kind of fiery testing with all his saints. Peter writes, "Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you" (1 Peter 4:12). Discouragement is a trial G-d's people have endured for centuries!

Remember they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony and they loved not their lives to the death.

The only things that can bring us down are UNBELIEF and INIQUITY. When you're under attack from the enemy's spirit of discouragement, you won' t feel like praying. You must go to the power of the Blood of Yeshua.. You don't need to worry about trying to pray your way out of despair. This is the time for G-d's Spirit to go to work in you. James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. If you are in INIQUITY you have not submitted and you are in trouble. Confess your sin and then you have the power of the Blood of Yeshua. When you go to the Lord, you must be honest with him. Tell him how weak and helpless you feel. To get out of depression, G-d's power is going to have to make it happen In such low times, the Lord is very patient with us. The only thing which can block the power of the Blood of Yeshua is UNBELIEF or INIQUITY. He will never forsake you!

Don't buy the doctrine that the Holy Spirit leaves you. You must go deep into iniquity for that. G-d's Spirit will not abandon you when you need him most? If he leaves me whenever I fail and fall deep into discouragement, how could he be my comforter? That wouldn't provide any comfort at all. In fact, it would leave me in Satan's power! The Holy Ghost is my soul's Sanctifier, how could he do this work if He flies in and out of my life every time I fail? How could I ever see my sin without the Spirit's presence there to convict me of it? Just don't hide or excuse your sin and turn it into INIQUITY. How could I know how to change if he wasn't there to guide and direct me? If you go your own way, the way of the flesh, hiding or excusing your sin that is INIQUITY.

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth. He will not let you be deceived. He will convict you. He will not condemn you. The conviction of the Holy Spirit always has a note of hope. If you don't hear that note of hope, telling you to take it to Yeshua and the power of he Blood, it is condemnation and you need to tell it to bug off by the power of the Blood of Yeshua. You must dare to believe he will speak to you! You will come out of your trial more victorious, because your faith will have been tested and tried as gold. Guard against INIQUITY and UNBELIEF.

My friend Pat recommended it would be good to go through the 10 commandments in Exodus 20 and ask G-d's forgiveness and mercy through the Blood of Yeshua for every transgression. I don't know about you but I have transgressed all 10 of them. Going through them and asking for forgiveness for each of those specific law transgressions to be covered was most wonderful. They were put under the Blood of Yeshua. Just after finishing praying though on those 10 areas of transgression the first verse of my daily reading schedule was:

Isa 43:1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

There is also a new covenant parallel passage:

1 Cor 1:6 Even as the testimony of Messiah was confirmed in you:
1 Cor 1:7 So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:
1 Cor 1:8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Yeshua Messiah.

1 Cor 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Yeshua Messiah our Lord.
1 Cor 1:10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Yeshua Messiah, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

And as we now see the great tribulation ahead we should also remember:
others were tortured, not accepting deliverance;
that they might obtain a better resurrection:

Heb 11:36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
Heb 11:37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;
Heb 11:38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

The better state of believers under the gospel:

Heb 11:39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
Heb 11:40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

An exhortation to be constant and persevere, The example of Christ is set forth, and the gracious design of God in all the sufferings believers endured:

Heb 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Heb 12:3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Heb 12:4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.
Heb 12:5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:
Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
Heb 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
Heb 12:8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

INIQUITY by A.Hubele
When I first started studying the scriptures, I remember running across the word "iniquity" several times. I thought that it meant sin, and this is the way that I read it for some time. But then I would run across verses that had sin and iniquity in the same verse, so I thought that there had to be some difference between these two words. First I looked it up in the Webster's dictionary and found that it meant; great wickedness or injustice. So then I looked up "sin" in Webster's and found that it means; an action contrary to the law of God....so still feeling that something was missing, I started using a Strong's Concordance and Thayer's Lexicon to look up words in the original Greek and Hebrew and this is where the light came on. This is where I realized how truths have been hidden for centuries in the scriptures because of how some words had been translated and actually hid the true intent of the word. And then I realized how Satan has used this method to hide the truth and to cause so many doctrinal differences and opinions that we have today. There is only one truth, and the Word is truth; seek, and ye shall find. I am going to start with the first set of scriptures in the New Testament that we find this word "iniquity", and I must say "do you love the Truth?" because this will be very revealing to you.
KJV Matthew 7:12-23
12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Many, the majority of religious people are headed for this gate!
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Whatever the majority is doing, we don't want to be doing.
15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. How do we know a false prophet?
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. The fruits that this is speaking of is their teachings and doctrines. If their teachings are corrupt, they will be cast into the fire! But who could these people be?
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? So, here we have a clue as to who these people could be. They are religious, professing christians that think that they do all these wonderful works in the name of the Lord! The day is coming that everyone that has ever lived, will stand before Yashua and have to look Him in the eye and answer for his or her deeds, but what will he say to these people?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.(458 anomia)

I sure don't want to be in this group of people. Let these words of Yeshua sink in real deep into your soul, "I never knew you; depart from me", these are sobering words that come from our saviour. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth!!!!!! But, what did these people do that was that bad? The rest of this verse gives us a clue, "ye that work iniquity. Iniquity #458 Thayer's lexicon=anomia {an-om-ee'-ah} from 459,iniquity, unrighteousness, transgress the law, the condition of without law, because of ignorance or violation of the law. But this couldn't include "new testament churches" could it, even though they have done away with that "old law" they still claim to follow this "new law, the law of Christ, or the law of love"don't they? #458, anomia comes from #459 so lets see its definition. #459 Thayer=Anomos {an'-om-os} from #3551 as a negative partical, without law, transgressor, destitute of (the Mosaic) law! #3551=nomos - translated "law" nearly 200 times in the new testament, almost always speaking of Yehwehs old testament laws! So now we have it narrowed way down. We can see that these people that tell us that you don't need "that old law", we have a new law, don't have a leg to stand on! Lets look at a few more verses that deal with these words.
KJV Matthew 13:36-43
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; (458 anomia) There's that word again. "and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which are DESTITUTE OF THE MOSAIC LAW!!! These are very sobering words when it really soaks in as to what these words really mean and how they have been hidden through translations.
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. "WAILING AND GNASHING OF TEETH"
43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
"Who will hear this message?"

KJV Matthew 23:28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. (458 anomia)

KJV Matthew 24:11-13
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity (458 anomia) shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. So we can see that it is these "false prophets" (TV envangelists, and the majority of mainstream churchianity) that shall rise and deceive many and cause this lawlessness to abound. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

KJV Luke 22:37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors (459 anomos): for the things concerning me have an end.

KJV Acts 2:23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked (459 anomos) hands have crucified and slain:

KJV Romans 4:7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities (458 anomia) are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
So, there is hope, there is a way out for these people and that is to Repent and sin no more! Turn your life over, and I mean completely over, to our Messiah, Yeshua. The one that says "If you love me, keep my commandments..."

KJV Romans 6:14-23 14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye
are not under the law, but under grace. Here is one of the "anti-law" groups favorite verses that they say is proof that the law is done away, but I believe that they twist and add preconceived ideas into these words. Read only the words that are written! Read it! "For sin shall not have dominion over you" Why not? Because of Grace. Gods gift of grace gives us power to overcome sin in our lives. Sin is the breaking of Gods Laws! As long as you don't break Gods law, you are not under law. The law was designed for the unrighteous, it shows us what sin is. Look at it this way.......Our country has laws against drugs, I don't use drugs, so I'm not under these laws. If I start using drugs, then I am under the law and condemened by the law.
15 What then? shall we sin,(break Gods law) because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Did you get that......GOD FORBID!!!!!MAY IT NEVER BE!
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity (458 anomia) unto iniquity (458 anomia); even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. See how that was explained? This would mean then that "when you are servants of obedience to the law of God, then you would be free from unrighteousness or not under the law.
21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

KJV 1 Corinthians 9:19-22
19 For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.
20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;
21 To them that are without law (459 anomos), as without law (459 anomos), (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.(459 anomos)
22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.

KJV 2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness (458 anomia)? and what communion hath light with darkness?
So this is telling us that we should not fellowship with people that do not keep Gods laws! but we are to witness and encourage them. Plant the seed and let the Master do the gardening.

KJV 2 Thessalonians 2:7-15
7 For the mystery of iniquity ( 458 anomia) doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. There it is again, anomia, it was a mystery in Pauls day, and like cancer it has been growing for nearly 1900 years. Praise God that there is a cure! but what happens if we don't get cured?
8 And then shall that Wicked ( 459 anomos) be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. The deceiving, anti-law false prophets are being used by Satan to further his cause! but why do they do this? simple, it tells us; "because they received not the love for the truth. What is truth? John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth; thy Word is Truth. So what will God do about all this?
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: Did you catch that? GOD will send them strong delusion. God will make them work in error. Why? because they did not love the truth! They are deceived and they believe a lie! but what will happen to them?
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. Damned! this is very sobering when you think of the multitudes that are in this condition
13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions (#3862 paradosis {par-ad'os-is}=the Jewish traditionary law) which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
Note on vs 11 "strong delusion" strong-#1753 operation, strong, working
delusion-#4106 a straying from orthodoxy or piety, delusion, deceit, error Basically means to cause them to work in error. (orthodoxy=conforming to or holding the official, accepted or standard opinions, not heretical or independent. piety=devotion and reverence to GOD.
KJV 1 Timothy 1:6-10
6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.
8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless (459 anomos) and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;

KJV Titus 2:11-15
11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity ( 458 anomia), and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
By these words, we have been given authority, by God, to speak, exhort and rebuke all that practice "anomia", in a loving way of course.

KJV Hebrews 1:9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity (458 anomia); therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
Did you catch that? God "hates" what these people do. He "hates" their lawlessness!

KJV Hebrews 10:16-17
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws ( 3551 nomos) into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities (458 anomia) will I remember no more.

KJV 2 Peter 2:4-9
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked (113 athesmos): Here is another interesting word - athesmos {ath'es-mos} Lawless,ie by implication, criminal, wicked.
8 (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful (459 anomos) deeds;) I think we can relate to Lot's time in our daily lives, at work places, in stores when we are shopping, or even on the road in between, and then throw in TV and radio programs and then friends, family and neighbors, its very hard to find people that "love the truth" but He is in control............
9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

KJV 2 Peter 3:14-18
14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked ( 113 athesmos), fall from your own steadfastness. The error of the wicked, this speaks of that strong delusion, that working in error that God has sent to them that love not the truth. We do not want to get caught up in their delusion, their Lawlessness, so as it says "BEWARE".
18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

KJV 1 John 3:1-11
1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. Note on vs. 4 as per Strongs Greek it reads: Everyone doing the sin, also does the lawlessness (458 anomia) and the sin is the Lawlessness (458 anomia)
5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
From the beginning, we don't have some "new" law now, they are the same eternal laws that our Creator gave us in the beginning, only the "antinomians" of today think that they "have been done away with" Antinomians as per Websters = denying that one is bound to obey the moral law, someone who adhered to the view, esp. put forward during the Reformation, that Christians are justified by faith alone and that salvation does not depend upon obedience to the moral law {Gk anti-, against + nomos, law} This word study helped me greatly to finally see and understand the Truth. It is my prayer and hope that it may help you also, praise be to GOD. God has given each of us Divine Permission to Take Hold of His instructions that we may have life. So think about "that day" that we will all stand before our Saviour, eye to eye, what will he say to you? Depart from me, I never knew you. Or... Well done, good and faithful servant.
