Questions
and Answers
Often people begin to read Great Joy
in Great Tribulation or visit the web site and find great
difficulty
and barriers preventing them. They are filled with questions.
Question #1: If I saw some world leader stoping the Jews from praying at the temple mount I think even without having read your web sight I would have thought that something wasn't right.
Reply: How come the Jews pray at the Western wall? How many pictures have you seen of Jews praying on the temple mount? You can not stop something which has never been allowed in the first place. This will soon change.
Question #2: Now to have said hey, thats the "abomination of desolations" thats another story! What bothers me is there are zillions of ministers that think this whole thing is off in the future & everyone has there own interpratation of what the Bible has to say about prophecy. There is just so much conjecture out there about the what, when, where & how's of this whole last 70th week.
Reply: Indeed there are zillions of ministers and zillions of interpretations. There is only one reliable Teacher and interpretation. You must go for yourself to that Teacher. The only one you can trust in this area is the Holy Spirit quickening His Word. You must read the scriptures yourself. The zillions of teachers, with their zillions of interpretations, when they give the American version of, "we're out of here 7 years before anything bad happens to the saints," are sowing confusion. Jesus said "he that endures to the end, the same shall be saved."( Matt 24:13) The end is the end. It is not 7 years before the end or even 3.5 years before the end. The end is the end. Antichrist will wage a 42 month war on the saints. Americans don't deal well with this truth. They have heaped to themselves zillions of teachers to tickle their itching ears, sowing enough confusion that most think it is impossible to know anything for sure. Jesus made it so clear any child could understand. In Matt 24:29-31 Jesus tells us IMMEDIATELY AFTER the tribulation of those days is when He sends His Angels for His ELECT.
Question #3: I would love to believe that we are either already in it, which is really hard to grasp and/or that we are very, very near the beginning. On a weekly and/or daily basis I do a lot of searching for the answers to what if anything is God doing or allowing to have happen at this time.
Reply: I am going to be as blunt and direct as a prophet. Americans do not want to believe that the 42 month war on the saints is NOW REALITY. If someone stands in the congregation and says "the Lord is coming back soon" everybody says "Amen!". If a true prophet of God were to say the Abomination of Desolation began in 1997, everyone will shout "Get that date setter out of here!". Americans are good, hard working, God fearing, risk taking, people who make plans and delight in carrying out those plans. If they are told the antichrist is going to launch a 42 month war of great tribulation AND THEY MUST ENDURE TO THE END OF IT, they know it will mess up their plans and they don't want to hear about it. The truth is that God is a "date setter". We can know everything but the day and the hour; but, we don't want that messing up our plans. We would rather have a rapture fable to allow us to continue our planning regardless of God's plans.
Question #4: Since God does not speak to man directly one has the Bible & others (ministers, etc.) to help pin-point these things. Like I said, no one seems to be sure about how it is all going to happen and when. Everyone has a different layout and then some. So who and how can you trust what anyone has to say?????? I will continue to read all that you have and I plan to stay up on everything.
Reply: Adam, Adam, where are you? Samuel, Samuel,...., Saul, Saul,... Check to see how many times God calls the first name twice. Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but He revealeth His secret unto His servants the prophets (Amos 3:7). The church decided to do away with the God ordained office of apostle and prophet. In the churches of America, prophets are about as welcome as ants at a picnic. True prophets are sure and they agree. You can know them because they just say what the scriptures say. If you don't know what the scriptures say you are in trouble. When you know the scriptures well enough then you know who you can trust.
Question #5: I think you might be right about all this stuff having to do with the temple but what I am not sure of, is Prince Charles "THE MAN" and did the 1993 peace treaty fulfill the prophecy spoken of by Daniel? I read your "Proof" article and I am just not sure?????? How can one be sure until it happens??????
Reply: That is exactly what the writings of the prophets in our Bibles are all about. It is simple history in advance. The only thing God can't do is lie. If God said, in His Word, it will happen, IT WILL HAPPEN. Whether we like it or not, whether we believe it or not, IT WILL HAPPEN, exactly as He said, no matter who says otherwise. The seals came off of Daniel 8, when the 7 year Peace & Safety agreement was signed. No one could make trustworthy comments on that until then. Those scriptures themselves say they would be sealed until that event would mark the final 7 years of history as we know it, thereby opening the seals. If someone comes to you claiming to have wisdom of end time events, the Word of God tells you that the person must be able to explain Daniel 8, count the number of the beast, and solve the riddle of the 7 kings in Revelation 17. Such a person has the credentials of a man of wisdom that God, by His Word, promised He would raise up in this time,to lead many to righteousness.
Question #6: I would really like some feedback from you. Don't take any of this as something personal towards you because I am really a very gentle-hearted person. I have done a lot of reading at a few other web sights and it would be great if you would tell if you have read any of them and what you think.
Reply: The Great Joy in Great Tribulation book and website is my feedback. Any prophet knows people are not going to like him or what he says. You can not easily offend a prophet. People being offended by what he says goes with the territory. Don't ever worry about offending a prophet, offending people by telling them what God wants them to hear is his job. They have a one word vocabulary that people don't want to hear. Repent!!! God's judgement is coming. All five web sites that you listed are pre-trib, dispensational. I visit them frequently. I am going to list the best one, because it is so good, and point out its dispensational characteristic.
The Cutting Edge (http://www.cuttingedge.org)
" 5.We do not set dates by which things will happen; rather we hold to the Biblical teaching that believers who know their Scriptural prophecy may only know the broad picture, i.e., that we are generally in the time of the End of the Age. 6.We do not teach that the world is about to end or be destroyed. The Bible does not teach that either. Rather, it teaches that Messiah will return a second time to judge the unbelievers and to set up His Kingdom on earth, and will rule for 1,000 years."
All I can say to their above statement of faith is to quote 2 Peter 3:1:
1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: 3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. 5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: 6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. 8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
The Word of God says He will appear unexpectedly, when the present frame of nature will be dissolved by fire. The Lord Jesus Christ told us what would be taking place in the world when He would be returning. He told us everything but the day and hour. If we would want to search the scriptures dilligently, we could know the year and the month. Sir Isaac Newton searched and knew it 300 years ago. We know how to ask God to bless our plans. We just can't seem to ask Him to bless us by revealing His plans to us. Please don't think I am putting down this web site in any way. It is one of the very best on the whole net and I'll be a very frequent visitor.
Rapture What We Beleive and Why
I hope you find these as interesting and helpful as I did. The value of the warning that prophets give is BEFORE the event happens.
I have been called to minister the prophetic word in these last days. I am not a prophet for profit. Any money from the sale of books or love offerings goes to the support of true prophetic ministries such as Monte Judah's Lion & Lamb. I am called to strengthen the faithful remnant along the I-35 corridor from San Antonio to Kansas City. If you are located anywhere near I-35 and would like for us to share the word of encouragement and preparation with your church, home group, or any gathering just e-mail me.
Shalom
& Simcha, In Yeshua,
