Bible Versions or Perversions?

VERSIONS OF THE BIBLE

Exposing the Lie of REVISION of the KJV Holy Bible
and the fraud of the NKJV

Westcott and Hort - God Forbid

This is such an important foundational understanding, please at your earliest opportunity, also check all or the 3 additional links above. Why are there so many Bible versions? Is some version better than the others? Which one should I use? Aren't the new versions easier to read? Is it really important?

First of all we should understand that G-d, by His Holy Spirit, can and does work through any and all of the various Bible versions. Second, if there are clearly differences in the various versions, we should know it is important to know why there are differences. G-d does not change. G-d honors His word above His name. G-d tells us that the ONLY thing He CAN NOT do is lie. We know all liars will have their place in the lake of fire known as hell. So what is the truth?

There has been some excellent work done recently on this subject. The standard on the subject would be G.A. Riplinger's book by the title New Age Bible Versions. This 690 page book will give you the answers. This is a tremendous reference resource. Don't pay any attention to the bad press on this book until you have looked it over for yourself. Don't expect to find it in "Christian" bookstores either. It tends to put a damper on Bible sales. They may have books deriding Riplinger's work. However when you see Riplinger's book for yourself, you will have a skeptical view of any of its famous detractors. I would recommend it being in the library of any serious Bible student and teacher. If you ask for it they may have it "under the counter" or they will "order" it for you. Why???

What is the purpose of all of the new versions? If you like direct and straight answers, one sure reason for all the different versions is MONEY. The truth regarding "easier to read," is also surprising. There is one version which is not copyrighted. Do you suppose the word of G-d should be copyrighted? There is only one version, with which you can show from the Bible, that Lucifer is Satan or the devil.

In this article I shall frequently quote from a most excellent little 75 page, fact filled, book by Christopher & Kellie Maxin by the title Versions of DECEIT. The book is available from either the Overcomer Ministry of brother R.G. Stair, in Walterboro, SC, or the ministry of Southwest Radio Church, in Oklahoma City, OK.

Chris and Kellie may be contacted at Eye Of The Storm Ministry e-mail: EOTSM@aol.com

Why is it so important? The promise of G-d never changes. G-d is the same yesterday, today and forever. G-d does not change. G-d honors His Word above His Name. His name has to do with His character. He gives us His word. When we want to establish our word, often we may use the phrase "I swear." How many have ever heard someone say "I swear on a stack of Bibles." They are trying to authenticate their word. G-d swore to authenticate His word. He could not find anything higher, better or greater than Himself so He said "I swear by Myself that my word is yea and amen." We can depend upon the word of G-d. When Yeshua, Jesus, came, He came as THE Truth. He is the revelation of the covenant of G-d. He is the Logos, or Living Word of G-d. Our salvation is based on the covenant. Yes, it is much more important than the writers, and most sellers, of the modern versions want you to know. Your very salvation could be jeopardized by the shocking truth regarding the new versions, or as I like to say perversions. The truth is shocking even to those responsible for some of the best selling and most popular version, perversions.

The New American Standard Version is one of the better and more popular of the new versions. The following comes from the page right before the table of contents in the 3rd edition of G.A. Riplinger's "New Age Bible Versions." The following is the confession of Dr. Frank Logsdon Co-founder of the NASV which is one of the better of the modern translations.

I must under G-d renounce every attachment to the New American Standard Version. I'm afraid I'm in trouble with the L-rd. . . We laid the groundwork; I wrote the format; I helped interview some of the translators; I sat with the translator; I wrote the preface. . .I'm in trouble; I can't refute these arguments; its wrong, terribly wrong; and what am I going to do about it.

When questions began to reach me at first I was quite offended. . . I used to laugh with others. . . However, in attempting to answer, I began to sense that something was not right about the New American Standard Version. I can no longer ignore these criticisms I am hearing and I can't refute them. . . The deletions are absolutely frightening. . .there are so many. . . Are we so naive that we do not suspect Satanic deception in all of this?

Upon investigation, I wrote my very dear friend, Mr. Lockman, explaining that I was forced to renounce all attachment to the NASV. The product is grievous to my heart and helps to complicate matters in these already troublous times. . . I don't want anything to do with it.

(T)he finest leaders that we have today. . .haven't gone into it (the new version's use of a corrupted Greek text), just as I hadn't gone into it. . .that's how easily one can be deceived . . .I'm going to talk to him (Dr. George Sweeting, president of Moody Bible Institute) about these things.

(Y)ou can say the Authorized Version (KJV) is absolutely correct. How correct? 100%correct!. . . I believe the Spirit of G-d led the translators of the Authorized Version. If you must stand against everyone else, stand . . .

Dr. Frank Logsdon

Co-founder NASB

There you have it, from a greater and more knowledgeable "scholar" than any of us. "If you must stand against everyone else, stand . . ."

The following are the abbreviations of some of the "modern" version perversions. NIV, NASB, NKJV, NRSV, NAB, NEV, REB, MEV, RSV, CEV, GNB, Living, Phillips, New Jerusalem, and New Century and several other new ones each year.

There are actually two different types of manuscripts from which Bibles were translated. History proves that in the year 307 A.D. Emperor Diocletian, a sun worshiper, was responsible for the burning of scripture (original manuscripts) which made it possible for later emperors to formulate their own version of "Christianity."

That is why there is a difference between the KJV and other modern version perversions of the Bible. The modern versions are translated from different manuscripts.

The two manuscript types are referred to as the Majority Text and the Minority Text. The KJV is translated from the Textus Receptus, or what is also known as the Majority Text. The Majority Texts agree with each other 100% of the time. G-d does not change and is not the author of confusion. The modern translations from the Minority Texts, (Alexandrian, in which the Vaticanus and Siniaticus are used) do NOT agree with each other about 3,000 times in the gospel alone. This is the cause of the many contradictions. Who is the author of confusion?

It was in 1516 when Erasmus, the Dutch scholar, compiled, edited, and printed the Textus Receptus. The Textus Receptus, now known as the Majority Test, established him as the major classical scholar of his generation. The Textus Receptus (received text), is the text that the Protestants of the Reformation knew to be the inerrant and infallible word of G-d.

His works combined piety and scholarship in an attempt to reconcile faith and reason and bring together Christianity and the culture of ancient times. He was sharply critical of the corruptions of the church. He strongly stood against the Nocolaitine spirit which the L-rd Yeshua tells us twice in Revelation that He hates. Erasmus did not repudiate the past in a blaze of reforming passion, as Luther had done. Although his work appealed to leaders of the Reformation, Erasmus was drawn into conflict with them; he engaged in hot arguments with Luther. His methods of reform were always through gentle reason, toleration, and honest scholarship. He is noted for his strong stands against the superstition, vulgarity, and foolishness of his day. Among his targets were grammarians, lawyers, logicians, sophists, scientists, theologians, and clerics. He was a most dedicated disciple of Yeshua Messiah, Jesus Christ, with integrity that history attests to his work, and love of the truth.

What do we know about the authors of the Minority Texts upon which all of the modern translations are based? The most shocking truth is that the manuscripts used for the "modern" versions were put together by Luciferian occultists, by the names of Westcott & Hort in the 1850's. Riplinger's book in pages 616 - 629 shows these men to be Luciferian occultists. They were into esoteric clubs, contact with spirits of the dead, and many other Luciferian activities while they were deciding what did and did not belong in the Bible. Now if it represents good scholarship to use manuscripts put together by Luciferian occultists then let me say one of the few Greek words I know, meginoma, G-d Forbid, may I never be a scholar. Click Here to see the details about Westcott and Hort. You will be shocked at the men who were given a free hand by "scholars" to decide what should and should not be in your modern bible.

Either the Majority Text or the Minority Text is the inerrant Word of G-d. Both cannot be, because they do not say the same thing. The words in the KJV (Majority test) are all accurate, as they agree with the structural integrity of the other scriptures written throughout all of the old and new testaments. Only now, with the emergence of the new Bible versions, is there so much doubt and confusion being permeated in the Church. By mixing the two texts together (Majority and Minority) the Bible has now been corrupted and is filled with inconsistencies. That is why in some places the new versions have scriptures which agree within itself, and some places where it doesn't. It is a mixture of truth and error. But who is benefiting from these corruptions? While the Majority Text manuscripts agree with themselves, the Minority manuscripts are filled with contradictions. Who is the author of confusion? Who is the father of lies?

It is wonderful how G-d gives to His uneducated children a simple book where we can correct the errors in the manuscripts of the scholars. Indeed you can correct many errors of the great Greek and Hebrew scholars with your KJV Bible.

It must be important to G-d that His children speak and believe the same thing. If not, He would not have put this in His Word . . . 1 Cor 1:10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our L-rd Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

G-d's word is too precious to have been kept secret for years. What good would that have done His children? No. G-d has kept His Word preserved through every generation as He promised in the Bible. He is a just G-d and gives everyone a chance to accept the knowledge of Him through His Word.

Are the new versions easier to read? No. Studying the KJV in comparison with the newer perversions, one will quickly see the KJV is shorter, simpler, uses fewer words, and is exactly to the point. The KJV compared to the NIV has a grade reading level of 5.8, where the NIV is 8.4, according to the Flesch-Kincaid research company.

With over 64,000 words deleted and up to 36,000 changes in the new versions, there will be a substantial loss in the quality of spiritual life, by using a new version perversion as your daily reading Bible. It will be very difficult to memorize scripture.

2 Tim 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

In case you don't know, Satan or Lucifer is the author of confusion.

Years ago, when I would minister the gospel every day in prison, the L-rd showed me something about the translations which I only fully understood recently. I witnessed the L-rd do tremendous miracles, every day, including raising the dead, to get the attention of the men. No one can deny the manifest power of G-d. In the course of about 18 months everyone was saved including the guards who were guards only so that they could beat men with impunity. Most of these men were totally illiterate. Some could not read a stop sign. I would give them all a Gideon KJV new testament. Within about a month after being saved, I could ask any of them to stand and read a verses in assembly and they could read it just fine. If I ever asked them to read from a NIV or a MEV, they could not do it. Literally hundereds of times I saw G-d supernaturally give a gift of reading His Word. That gift was only given in KJV to my knowledge and experience. Now I know why.

It is wonderful how G-d gives to His humble children a simple book where we can correct the errors in the manuscripts of the scholars. Indeed you can correct many errors of the great Greek and Hebrew scholars with your KJV Bible.

BIBLE WORDS REMOVED

Most people believe the new versions are just "harmless" updating of words and made easier to understand. Nothing could be further from the Truth! The new versions "take out" and "add" thousands of words. And, it is all done for money with subtlety. The average reader would never know the difference!

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS - See if you can find your questions in the following list:

1. In the Ten Commandments where it says "Thou shalt not kill" what does it mean? Like you shouldn't kill at all? Or can you defend yourself? Even if you don't kill.

2. Why is it that the KJV uses the term "God forbid" throughout Paul's epistle to the Romans when the word "Theos" doesn't appear in any Greek manuscript of the Textus Receptus family?

3. Weren't the King James translators guilty of adding to the Scriptures in Matt. 27:46 ?

4. You said that the Reina-Valera is the closest Spanish Bible to the KJV. Are all Reina-Valeras equal, or are some better than others?

5. Wasn't Erasmus, whose work led to the Textus Receptus and ultimately the King James Bible, really a Roman Catholic?

6. How did God preserve His words to this day?

7. Has the King James Bible been changed, between 1611 and the present day?

8. Which is correct in 1 Timothy 3:16, "God was manifest in the flesh" (KJV) or "He appeared in a body" (NIV)?

9. Why should the KJV not say "Passover" in Acts 12:4? The King James translates pascha as "Passover" 28 times, in every other place it appears in the New Testament.

10. What is the Lamsa Bible? Is it trustworthy like the King James Bible?

11. Is the Spanish Bible, "La Biblia de las Americas" corrupted like the other modern Bible versions?

12. Is it true that 1 John 5:7 is not in any Greek manuscript before the 1600s? If it is true, why is it in the King James Bible?

13. Did the King James Bible really change "Passover" to "Easter" in Acts 12:4?

14. Did Peter quote the Septuagint?

15. What was the method the King James translators used to translate the Bible?

16. Why is the King James Bible called the "Authorized Version"? How did King James Authorize it?

17. Why are some words in the KJV italicized? I don't see this in other versions. Why don't they do this if it's a good thing to do?

18. Why is the doxology of the Lord's prayer ("For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen") found in Matthew, missing in Luke's account of the same in his Gospel?

19. Why Are Matthew's and Luke's family trees of Jesus different?

20. Didn't the Roman Catholic Church give us the Bible?

21. How do I show which Bible is correct to those who refuse to hear "King James only" arguments?

22. Why did the KJV translators refer to "Saint" Luke? Isn't that Catholic?

23. How can you say the Catholic Church hid the Bible, when the first printed Bible (Gutenberg's) was a Roman Catholic Bible?

24. Wasn't the King James Bible translated from only a few late manuscripts?

25. Why doesn't the King James Bible always translate "Yahweh" as Jehovah?

26. Isn't it good enough to find the missing words in my NIV in the footnotes?

27. Did the dead "wake up in the morning" (Isaiah 37:36) in the King James Bible?

28. Why shouldn't I just read the Greek and Hebrew? Why should I use the King James translation?

29. Does What's Missing Matter?

You will see how we can be certain that the King James Bible is really God's preserved words in English.

KJV - From 1611 to NOW - Still The Authorized Word of God

Daniel Wallace is a Greek scholar and professor of New Testament at Dallas
Theological Seminary. In his paper entitled "Why So Many Versions?"
Wallace makes the following statement -"...we must remember that the King
James Bible of today is not the King James of 1611. It has undergone three
revisions, incorporating more than 100,000 changes!"

There you have it. A scholar of repute has spoken. Other critics have
taken up the same whimpering cry.

But is it true?

No, it is not true.

First, the facts... The King James Bible contains 791,328 words. Since the
first King James Bible rolled off the press in 1611 to the King James
Bible you buy off the shelf today, there have been - are you ready - there
have been a grand total of 421 word changes! That's it!

>From 1611 until now, the King James Bible has undergone a grand total of
421 word changes, amounting to only five one-hundredths of a percent of
the text! But that's not all. It gets better.

Out of the 421 total changes amounting to only five one-hundredths of a
percent, the following should be noted -

TOWARDS has been changed to TOWARD 14 times.
BURNT has been changed to BURNED 31 times.
AMONGST has been changed to AMONG 36 times.
LIFT has been changed to LIFTED 51 times.
YOU has been changed to YE 82 times.

Out of a grand total of 421 changes from 1611 to the present, almost 300
of the 421 are of this nature! By omitting changes of this nature, we now
have about 150 (to be conservative) remaining changes. This amounts to one
one-hundredth of a percent of the text.
Meanwhile the New Illumanati Version and other such modern perversions
completely remove whole sections of His Word like:

Mark 16:9-20 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he
appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and
wept. And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen
of her, believed not.
After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked,
and went into the country. And they went and told it unto the residue:
neither believed they them.
Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided
them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not
them which had seen him after he was risen.
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to
every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he
that believeth not shall be damned.
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast
out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up
serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they
shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into
heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and
preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word
with signs following. Amen.

Maybe scholars don't want such verses in their bibles. However over 95% of
the ancient manuscripts including all of the oldest ones have these verses
that the Luciferian Greek scholars Westcott & Hort removed. Yes, the
scholars favorite Greek texts, assembled by Luciferian occultists, remove
such powerful verses. Now if it represents good scholarship to use Greek
texts put together by Luciferian occultists, then God forbid that I ever
be a scholar. Why does it represent good scholarship to have Luciferian
occultists deciding what does and does not belong in the Holy Bible?
What's wrong with this picture?

The remaining 150 changes from 1611 to today are composed of printing
errors, spelling standardization, and a few minor phrase changes. For
example...

In Genesis 22:7 AND WOOD was changed to AND THE WOOD.
In Leviticus 11:3 CHEWETH CUD was changed to CHEWETH THE CUD.
In Romans 6:12 REIGN THEREFORE was changed to THEREFORE REIGN.

Friends, for me and my house the extent of the nature of the changes from
the King James Bible of 1611 to the King James Bible of the present day,
indicates that The KJV are the ONLY Authorized English Scriptures, the
ONLY English Holy Bible. The scriptures that have stood the test of time
and persecution and are sprinkled by the blood of the martyrs. These are
the scriptures that by hearing produce faith, not doubt.

Indeed, the words of the Holy Ghost are very appropriate here - "The words
of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth,
purified seven times." Psalm 12:6

Conclusion: The FACT is that the King James Bible you buy off the shelf
today is VIRTUALLY IDENTICAL to the King James Bible of 1611.
God has truly preserved His Word in the KJV Authorized Holy Bible.

told you could not even read a 1611 version just pick up your KJV and read
Mark 16:9-20 to them.
